Because all PHAT clothing is custom created specifically for you when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or buyer's remorse. Please consult our size charts carefully before completing your purchase.

Every item at PHAT is custom made-to-order just for you. Our production process takes 3 to 7 business days to print, stitch, and pack your gear. Once production is complete, your order will ship out immediately.

Because our manufacturing system is automated, orders can only be canceled if they are still "In Review". Once your order shifts to "In Production," it is locked into our manufacturing queue and cannot be canceled or refunded. If you need a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@phatwrld.com with your order number.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, we will gladly fix it! Please email us at support@phatwrld.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can process a replacement.

Once an order is submitted, no modifications can be made to items, sizes, quantities, graphics, or addresses. If you made a mistake, please contact us immediately to see if the order can be canceled while "In Review" so you can place a new order with the correct details.
